This year will see the return of the Maker’s Room, patterned after a Maker’s Fair, embodying the spirit of being part science fair, part county fair, and part something entirely new. It welcomes all ages as a gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, hobbyists, engineers, science clubs, authors, artists and students. All contributors to the Maker’s Room should be prepared to show what they have made and to share what they have learned.
We welcome all forward-looking, showcasing makers who are exploring new forms and new technologies, but it’s not just for the novel in technical fields. We hope to feature innovation and experimentation across the spectrum of science, engineering, art, performance and craft. It’s a venue for makers to show examples of their work and interact with others about it.
Those interested in participating, please get in touch with Gene Turnbow through the form on our Contact page.
